Lime Chili Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

3 Tbls. Fish Sauce

3 Tbls. Fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

Lime zest from 1 lime

3 Tbls. sugar

3 Tbls. water

1 Tbls. honey

* for extra pop- ½ small red pepper seeded and deveined, minced (or use a dash or two of red chili flakes)

Lets Cook:

Bring water to a boil, add sugar; stirring until dissolved.  Remove from heat.  Add remaining ingredients:  lime juice, lime zest, red pepper, and honey.

Serve in dipping bowl- for Garden Rolls!
