Orange Ginger Chicken Skewers

Main Dish- Orange Ginger Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:

1 pound chicken tenders (or skinned whole chicken breasts thinly sliced for skewering)

Rosemary sprigs, used for skewers.  (substitute with bamboo if unavailable)

Marinade sauce:

3/4 cup soy sauce

2 Tbls. Fresh grated ginger

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ can condensed orange juice frozen concentrate

2 Tbls. honey

1 Tbls. Lemon juice

Lets Cook:

Combine marinade ingredients in glass baking dish and add chicken tenders to sauce.

Slightly prick chicken with fork for sauce to permeate chicken.

Marinade overnight or 30-45 minutes while preparing other dishes.

Skewer chicken on woody rosemary sprigs and grill over medium high heat for a few minutes each side, brushing with remaining sauce.
