Red Cabbage Slaw

Side Dish for Fish Tacos- Red Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients:

1 small head of red cabbage, freshly sliced and diced

½ of a red onion, finely chopped

½  cup chopped fresh cilantro

½  teaspoon cumin

¼ cup seasoned red wine vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

Season with salt and pepper

Lets Cook:

In a small bowl, wisk together olive oil, vinegar, cumin, and salt and pepper.  Toss over chopped cabbage, red onions, and cilantro.  Season with salt and pepper.

Place in refrigerator while preparing other side dishes to keep crisp.

May be prepared up to 1 day in advance.
