Creamy Garlic Tossed Salad

Ingredients:
Dressing
½ cup olive oil

1 T. rice vinegar or seasoned red wine vinegar (use what’s in your cupboard)

1 T. lemon juice

1 t. stone ground mustard or Dijon

1-2 minced garlic cloves

1 T. anchovy paste

2 T. mayonnaise

½ t. Kosher salt

Fresh ground pepper to taste

Couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce

2 heaping T. shaved or grated parmesan cheese

Salad
*Romaine Lettuce- for quick and easy, use bagged romaine hearts (3 sm. heads come to a bag). Two heads work well for family of 4-6.
Discard a few outer/older leaves to reach more tender, less predominantly ribbed leaves.
Discard stem, and slice entire head at once, toss in salad spinner or strainer and rinse for maximum crispness.

1 large Avocado, diced

½ English Cucumber semi-pealed and diced

2 Celery Ribs, diced

Toss all salad ingredients in large bowl, dress just before serving, enjoy!
