Side Dish for Fish Tacos- Traditional Creamy Coleslaw
Ingredients:
1 bag prepared coleslaw from produce department
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
3-4 Tbls. seasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 ½ teaspoons Coleman’s dry mustard powder
½ teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Lets Cook:
Rinse bagged coleslaw in very cold water- remove excess water before dressing. Mix dressing in small bowl, until creamy. Toss over shredded cabbage until well combined. Place in refrigerator to chill while preparing rest of meal. Enjoy! Can be made 1 day ahead of time, covered and chilled.
